This app is excellent to show people what it is like to be colourblind. People often ask, "what does red look like to you?" It's impossible to answer, but with this app I can simply show them. NOTE: seems that with the recent Android 11 update on my Google Pixel 2 XL, I can no longer save images from this app to my phone. I get "Image File Save Error." I have checked the apps permission and they are all enabled.

Very simple to use with a very neat interface to compare the different simulations. Very useful for people wanting to develop content for larger audience. Not sure however if there is a need for calibration for such simulations.

An awesome way to illustrate my perspective to my friends. However, there is a weird bug where the shutter noise overrides the phone's volume setting and makes a loud annoying click. Only "do not disturb" silences it. Adding video conversion would be a cool feature addition.

What's new

Fixed a bug that images cannot be saved when running on Android 11 or later.
