Ratings and reviews

This is the only Austrian app that does everything right. It has all needed features (push notifications, delivery options, post office info, ...) and is intuitive to operate. It also offers an alternative identification option to ID Austria over the technically more complex selfie verification. Finally, the app is also easy to find on the phone because it's simply named "Post", instead of "My..." or some nonsensical abbreviation. Kudos to the developers. I wish all apps were this good.

Was trying to get a package and while at the place, I found that I was suddenly logged out and couldn't log in. Packages that are retrieved from the pickup box at my house sometimes don't register as having gotten picked up. Sender is sometimes "unknown", even though it's clearly on the package. Login sometimes doesn't work and customer service just tells you to reset your password. For a few years, this worked really well but recently, it's been a giant mess.

A significant downgrade. I registered and installed this app mainly for the push notifications of E-Brief so that I could get rid of a lot of paper documents. This was working like a charm in version 1 but in this version they removed that function. Now if I want to know if I received something I have to log in to the website every time. Basically this version 2.0 is a good delivery tracker and an excellent advertising platform for the Post products and services.
