Was trying to get a package and while at the place, I found that I was suddenly logged out and couldn't log in. Packages that are retrieved from the pickup box at my house sometimes don't register as having gotten picked up. Sender is sometimes "unknown", even though it's clearly on the package. Login sometimes doesn't work and customer service just tells you to reset your password. For a few years, this worked really well but recently, it's been a giant mess.

cannot log in anymore in the app. The button "log in" doesn't respond to anything

The app doesn't respect the Do not disturb mode, it woke me up at 3am to tell me my parcel was handed over to the distribution center. I want to keep all notification options on, but not getting notified while the Do not disturb mode is active. Also, the address book link is broken (404 error)
