Terrible UX. Locks your Vienna visitor card into a screen that requires internet connection for several full page loads with automatic videos, prevents screenshots, and refuses to take any reasonable modernisation steps like adding it to a digital wallet. In terms of an app to support visitors to the city, completely misses the mark in terms of real, functional usecases. Two stars because it functions, albeit barely.

It's very user friendly and also exactly does what it says. We did the 'Ringstrasse' walk and as we were only briefly visiting, it was nice to know this information that we can know about all the tourist spots, their locations and also walks or routes that allows us to visit them one by one. They have maps which is pretty accurate and also guides us pretty well. Must have it if you are visiting vienna for the first time and don't know what and when to visit.

1. No schedule for places. 2. Not possible to filter Vienna-card offers. 3. Not obvious that map include All places. We don't found in app any cafe or restaurant with viennacard offer. 4. No one checked the card. You could just say in the museum that u have one and got discount. 5. Even after a whole day in the museums card price not pay off.
