I spent a while on the phone to Ubank, who notified me seccurity code push notifications are not available with the 'new' app (supported by the previous app) Bad news for anyone overseas.. it is not a travel friendly bank option (as they advertise) if you're overseas you will now need to have roaming on everytime you internally transfer money etc. to receive a code to your Aus number. They suggested I deactivate my account and just use a different bank. Just FYI to any travellers!

Hi Hayley, we're sorry to hear this. There are some instances that require an SMS security code - including logging in on a new device or sending funds to a new Payee. This is not required when logging in on a trusted device or sending funds to an existing contact. We've now noted your feedback and passed it on to our team.

Not able to login, getting: Error Something seems to have gone wrong. Please try again. Which I did about 20 times. Not having access to my money is frustrating. Not much luck with calling the bank (busy) or emailing (we will get back to you within 3 - 10 days). Would give them zero stars. The app was not great while I was able to login but this is the next level.

ok, so I mention an issue and two days later there's an update that fixes it... impressive! 👍 Here are a couple more for you guys, 1) during signup, (address verification) I received an SMS notification from another source and the app locked up. the option offered to go back didn't work and I had to clear it from memory. 2), went into messages for the 1st time but couldn't exit, the ⬅️ did nothing, again cleared from memory, relaunched app. Otherwise great app so far. 👍
