Do your banking anywhere and at any time with the Great Southern Bank Mobile Banking app. Check your balances, schedule payments, pay bills on the go, and use PayID to send and receive money using a mobile phone number or email address instead of remembering a BSB and account number.

Getting started
Download the app and click the “Register” button on the login page.

Alternatively, you can register online at www.greatsouthernbank.com.au/ob-register, call us on 133 282 or drop into your local branch.

If you’re already registered for digital banking, simply download the Great Southern Bank Mobile Banking app and you’re ready to go. The first time you log in you’ll need your existing Great Southern Bank customer number and password. After that, you can save your details securely.

Important Security Information
Great Southern Bank Mobile Banking provides the same high level of protection as our online banking service. To stay secure, we recommend that you:
• Keep your password and customer number secret
• Always log out once you’ve finished your banking

Remember, we will never send you emails, SMS messages, or call you to ask for personal information such as your customer number or password. If you receive any suspicious communications, do not respond or click on any hyperlink or attachment included in the message, as it could be an attempt to obtain your personal information or fraudulently access your account. If you’re in doubt, please call us immediately on 133 282.

If you have accidently revealed any personal banking information, please change your password immediately and contact us on 133 282.

Latest update has fixed the 'save payee' bug and functionality feel slightly more responsive, which is nice. What could be better: access to my phone contacts when I want to add a payID contact. Edit payees. To be able to see my card details. When I open the app for the second time in a day, I get a "no internet" error and then have to go through a few screens to be able to log in again.

Banking mobile app with a faulty transaction search. How is that even possible? Some transactions are displayed twice, and some are missing, and this has caused me lots of trouble. The web version shows all, but even the web version has lots of shortcomings.

This app works fine for simple payments, transfers and B-pays. But ultimately it is extremely limited, you can't name name accounts, you can't cancel scheduled payments, etc. Even the web based online banking with CUA is severely limited and you have to call/go into a branch to get simple things done. Come on CUA, step in to 2019 with the rest of us.
