The app just feels old and tired. Like seriously, why do all the prices say "from", even after I've made selections. just tell me how much it costs! Addresses i haven't lived in for 10 years appear on the "recents" list, but I have to manually enter my current address (where I've made DOZENS of orders from) EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!!! It's a minor thing, but when it's your "greeting" every time you log in, it's the first sign (of many) that the app hasn't been meaningfully updated in the last decade.

While the new app is much more intuitive and easy to navigate but the fundamental of adding address and making payment was such a hassle. There's no confirmation of the delivery address before making payment and when the payment completed it shows network error. I waited 5 minutes it still stuck at processing. Order tracking is nowhere to be found until I open the email to confirm the order has been placed. Honestly the old app though looked messy but it gets the job done without issue.

it's really clunky, old and doesn't work sometimes. however recently it keeps logging me out? randomly? I keep having to log back in? I even check keep me signed it. it's really hard to use this app and occasionally crashes. The pizzas have gone up in price and dominos would rather add a buffets worth of food and items than decrease the value range by one dollar. They have convinced themselves yes that must be the problem, that's why no one comes here anymore. Nope, it's expensive. can't log in
