👎Help center doesn't cover the queries I had. I haven't received any confirmation of our flights as well as the ability to print e-ticket!!!! Help Centre not helpful. Calling my local shop was hopeless. A message every 21 seconds referring us to the online help line is extremely FRUSTRATING (especially when I've been there) then after quite some time with a message that staff are busy and if I was to leave my name and number they would return my call. The mail box was full🤨

this app is incredibly slow in loading for that reason alone I have rated it 2 stars, it's very frustrating to have an app that does only half the job. I have since utilised another app with much more efficiency.

App keeps crashing once you go to entering details page. 🙄 so annoying 😑
