Overall not too bad however I encountered issues when trying to make a claim and requesting a callback or wanting to download documents. i requested a callback on Monday just gone and it is now Friday Afternoon and I haven't heard back at all even though the comments were that someone would get back to me within three days. Also tried to download some claim documents and I ended up just going around in circles on my mobile. Had to print from my laptop.

I was told I needed to update the app, when I tried it removed the app and said my device is no longer compatible 😔. Aware have not yet advise me as to how I can install the app.

1. button for log out on main page, or for Android th3 back button asks you if you want to log out if going back on main page 2. I'd also like to see $ values for each investment option displayed in app. 3. when is Pay ID coming in to pay in contributions? BPay is too slow.
