Ratings and reviews

This app is woeful. When you cancel or change the appointment, the original does not disappear, and often it claims you will be charged $100 cancellation. The app repeatedly asks you to enter your card details and offers no alternatives eg "PayPal" or "Settle at Surgery". If you have multiple and changing appointments I would not recommend this app. A good idea, but not well executed.

It's a great app, except I've found you can get appointments earlier if you phone the clinic when it opens at 7:30am instead otherwise I would use it more often. It's not consistent with the availability of appointments when they have cancellation appointment time slots available. I wish I could access those on this. However the app is clear & easy to use & if you're not in a rush for an appointment it's a quick & convenient way to arrange an appointment rather than phoning the clinic directly.

The App is a great concept for booking appointments and keeping up to date with them. However I have noticed when cancelling an appointment it is not notifying the doctor in the same time frame. Also, if the doctors office makes amendments to already existing appointments I have made in Hot Doc. These amendments are not showing up in the app, it just states they have been a mended, which is not helpful. I would like to see these changes in the app, so I can keep abreast of my appointments.
