An incredibly annoying app to use. The digital card is often not available and when it is, is not easily accessible. It's literally the only reason I open the app, I shouldn't have to dig for it to make a claim at the point of sale. Edited the review from 2 to 1 for the condescending comment by some keyboard warrior at NIB. Well aware of how to use an app you potato.

A big warning shows on the app when payments are overdue. I clicked on it, selected the one-off payment method, entered new credit card details for the payment, finalised it, then went back to the home screen. The warning was still there. I thought the payment hadn't worked (I don't remember seeing any confirmation), so went through the whole process again. Got a confirmation that time. Warning was still on home screen. Checked bank account and saw that I had paid twice. Ugh. Please fix the UI.

When I'm doing extend my cover, then after adding debit card details its giving me something went wrong: error ,also I tried in credit card it's giving me same error, I don't know what happening, there is no customer care for this , if I mail to providers, only automated mails. Pls do something about this.
