Ratings and reviews

The app works but it's a usability nightmare. Planning a trip is slow when searching for stations, no recent search history, and the app always returns to the home screen when you switch away. As others mentioned, any money left on a card when you are done with it is basically forfeit so don't load the card with anything more than you need.

the app does exactly what it needs to do, and a very good job at that, but please for the love of Christ let me disable the notifications. I don't need a screen popping up every time I open the app "reminding" me to enable notifications. I want to be able to use tracking and location features without my phone buzzing bleeping and blooping at me every 5 minutes. EDIT: the reply from opal in no way addresses my issue. remove the popup asking me to enable notifications.

What a fantatic feature is the Opal Widget! Super kudos to the developers for this one! It is perfect! Super easy to add, configure and to read! All the departure times of my important stations immediately available for me to see and scroll through on my home screen! 🤩 Please don't change it or make in unuser friendly! 🫶 It is simple and efficient to use. Absolutely perfect! 👏
