Orderoo Business is the venue terminal for restaurants, cafes and takeaways on Orderoo.
ORDERS AS THEY LAND
A full-screen alarm with sound, even when the screen is off. Accept with a prep time, or decline with a reason the customer sees. Nothing is missed because nobody was looking at the screen.
DOCKETS THAT PRINT THEMSELVES
The kitchen ticket and the customer receipt print on the terminal's built-in printer the moment an order is accepted.
SOLD OUT IN TWO TAPS
Run out of something mid-service? Mark it out for an hour, two hours, the rest of today, or until you turn it back on. The first three come back on sale by themselves. Customers stop being able to order it straight away.
PAUSE WHEN YOU NEED TO
Stop taking orders for thirty minutes, an hour, or the rest of the day. Ordering turns back on automatically.
A LOGIN FOR THE DEVICE, NOT FOR YOU
Create a username and password for the terminal from your Orderoo dashboard. Staff can take orders and mark things sold out, and nothing else. Lost a tablet? Turn its login off and it stops working immediately.
Orderoo Business requires an Orderoo venue account. It is a tool for venues, not for ordering food.
