About this app

With the Australian Government’s Express Plus Child Support mobile app you can view your Child Support payments, update your details and more.

To use the app you need to have a myGov account linked to your Child Support online account.

To setup a myGov account go to my.gov.au

To sign into the app for the first time, use your myGov sign in details and create a PIN.

You’ll then use your myGov PIN to sign into the app in future.

With our app, you can:
• check when your payments are due
• check how much to pay
• check how much you’ll receive
• view your payment history
• view and update your personal and bank details
• update change of care arrangements
• upload documents to Child Support
• update your income estimate
• update your income for a previous financial year
• advise of an extraordinary payment

Should have a part in the app where you can put your wage and hours in like Services Australia has when there is a change in circumstances, especially seeing that we have so many lockdowns happening. Should have easy access to change PIN and password

Removed the easy to access Pay Now feature and forces the download of a completely different app (MyGov) to jump through multiple hops to pay child support. Legendary design decision.

Seems to work better as at November 2025. myGov and Child Support desperately needs an online chat function, authenticated from within the app. 45-90 minutes on hold is utterly impracticable while people are at work.

What’s new

Making payments with a credit or debit card has moved to the Child Support online account through myGov.
This service is no longer available in this app.
