Like all things government - it doesn't work and never has. As a business operator trying to get the app to differentiate between my "business" and "personal" use has been an exercise in ongoing frustration. I'm done with this app - it doesn't deliver on its supposed objectives. 0/10

Gives way too much information on irrelevant topics. Just ask me what I want to do today. Also, the app seems to know almost nothing about me and doesn't prefill info you hold, eg, fishing license, drivers license or outstanding fines. In the end, license fines information was wrong, my license was suspended and I had to attend a No-Service NSW office to sort out. Oh, and I got a secondary fine.

Hi, I tried to log in and the app directed me to the website to log in. It sent me a sms code, I entered it and then forced me to create a pin (that I already had done previously). Then it shows an error message stating "a problem has occurred, please try again ". Please, get this app sorted, this is ridiculous!!! Update, no real help from email, uninstalled AV, still can't log it!
