About this app

This is just a simple media scanner for users and developers who see empty blocks (placeholders) of deleted media files.

This app can scan the whole device (or selected paths) for media, when they don't show up in Gallery or social media apps..

You even can select more than 100k paths (unless your phone runs out of memory, and I wouldn't recommend it either)

So... there you go... use it...
and stay happy and enjoy the life. (Disclaimer: this statement does not apply to zombies)

Thank you so much for this. My UFS2.1 memory began to degrade, and after a hard cleaning, the Android media scanner broke, which is why Telegram and etc social apps did not see any media (just a "null" folder with all the photos and the date 1970). Your app has helped me a lot, thank you <33

Works better than other apps at removing stale entries from the media store that refer to files that no longer exist. Edit: I do have a rooted device, thanks for pointing me at NoStorageRestrict :)

thank you so much for your review! (: and yeah, Android doesn't let you select "Downloads" or "Android" folders for stupid reasons (quote-unquote privacy reasons). but you can fix that by installing modified "Files" app or rooting your phone (; - edit: no worries bud 💯

It definitely works, but I have a huge problem using an app with ads that just fixes something that should "just work" with android anyway

What’s new

* Fixed auto-scan period too low (thanks to Alex Feldman for the feedback)
* Fixed some issues and improved a tiny bit of performance
