I recently faced an issue where I was charged twice for an order I placed. While I appreciate that the team acknowledged it, I was disappointed to see that the extra amount was returned in the form of wallet coins instead of a direct refund. I believe this is not the right approach. Since the overcharge was a mistake from your end and the payment was made in cash/card, the refund should also be processed back to the original payment method — not as store credit. It’s not fair...................

I ordered 6 items and not a single item was sent correctly all wrong ... but after complaining they messaged me so many times and within 24 hrs they sent me the correct order with 100 coins as an apology,so my first order doesn't go smoothly, hmmm better luck next time . i ordered again and now i must say i loved the packaging and the blue bags. The jam bottle was bubble wrapped to avoid breakage, n prices r also low, best customer service recommended by my side.

I am disappointed with the Bazaar service. The staff and riders lack product knowledge, and items are often short while prices remain high. The helpline is unhelpful, and there is no way to contact senior staff for complaints. Orders are sometimes cancelled without explanation, which is very frustrating. Overall, the team seems to lack proper training and business understanding, and I hope you will improve these issues soon.
