In the middle of the process of adding a data bundle it asks me to rate the app. I finish setting the bundle and see I've been charged twice. I use the in-app contact form, but the chat bot is completely useless. I ask to speak to a rep, but after 48 hours (without about response from them!) it tells me I'm inactive and they will close the chat. I typed "I'm still waiting" every day to keep the chat active, but after a week they force closed it anyway. No response. I'm switching providers.

I've been using this app for a while now (also MyProximus, before the update). I think most would agree that when we open the app the first thing we want is to be immediately logged in and then view or manage our subscriptions, options or credit. Everything else is unnecessary junk that other apps do better. The loading screens are horrendously long and you have to go through it 3 times to actually manage your options, it wastes our time and data. I'm starting to think that it's all intentional.

Hey Kevin, Obviously, that cannot be the intention.. Can you send us a bug report on this? You can do this by shaking your device while the app is open. Then we can look for a solution for you. Kind regards, Wendy - MyProximus

They renewed the app a few times, but my (at this point multiple) bug reports because i can't view my usage (you know, the only thing the app has to do), it still shows an error. Even after multiple rounds of uninstalling the app, contacting business support, nothing. If it wasn't my employer who gave me a connection through Proximus, I wouldn't choose them.
