I use this app once every 6 months and almost every time I get on some page a message that "the service Myproximus is temporarily down". Same thing on the website by the way. What a coincidence that this is always when I need it or the service is down a lot more and I simply don't see it. In any case: unreliable if you need to make an urgent change to your plan

Such a buggy app, disappointing for Proximus. It takes around 10 minutes to load when opening the app, and it always gives errors. I can never check my balance.

Hi Adriana, can you first delete the app and reinstall it again. If no solution, can you open the app and shake with your mobile. Next we receive a bug report directly from your device. Kind Regards, Dave - MyProximus
