● Validate your online purchases with the app and your Secure Code (3DS2) (Mastercard Buy Way feature)
● Request a payment to your bank account ***
● Check your available balance
● View your latest transactions
● View your latest monthly statements
● Ask your questions to Bertrand, your virtual advisor, or contact our advisors
● Consult our FAQs and useful documents

And soon much more! We are constantly working to improve and add new features to the app. So be sure to always install the latest updates to take advantage of our latest features.

HOW TO CREATE A BUY WAY MOBILE PROFILE?
When you first open the app, you will need to create a profile. The app will guide you through the creation of your Buy Way Code (which will be used to access the app), your Secure Code (which will be used to validate your online transactions) and the registration of your Mastercard to the 3DS2 service.

I can't open my App since last week, it keeps giving me an option to enter my contact number, date of birth and postal code. Then I'm supposed to receive an sms which I never receive, so many times I keep repeating even unstalling and reinstalling the app. I called the help center and the person said the technical support will look into it, and said he created numbe. More than a week nothing resolved. When I call they are quick to cut you off, it's really frustrating dealing with rude people.

I trying to make my account but showing me an error 400,and all of the information are correct. If you already made an application for Benelux,then you must give an option for German, or at least English language, this is lame...
