always worked fine but recently app defaulted to Dutch and I am unable to change the language ( the language option in the settings lead me back to the settings of my phone where I am not able to change the language)

the app is good. I understand delivery charges, but if I go myself to collect my shopping, why do I have to pay a fee to do that? do they want me to go into the shop and not use collect & go

I got an email telling me I need to choose a data profile in the app or my Xtra login is going to be removed. However, there's no indication of 'dataprofiel' anywhere in the app. Was this phishing? Am I missing an update? Who knows...

What’s new

Nieuw in de Xtra-app: wanneer je je paswoord verandert, word je automatisch uitgelogd in de Xtra-app. Je kan vervolgens opnieuw inloggen met je nieuwe gegevens. Er verschijnt een extra label boven acties en TOP promo’s om aan te duiden hoe lang ze nog geldig zijn. Verder zijn een aantal kleine verbeteringen aangebracht.
