Ratings and reviews

I got an email telling me I need to choose a data profile in the app or my Xtra login is going to be removed. However, there's no indication of 'dataprofiel' anywhere in the app. Was this phishing? Am I missing an update? Who knows...

3 stars because there is no option for English language. With so many international users living in Belgium, adding a 3rd language should have been a priority. 2nd reason: there is no option to deactivate emails of receipts after a purchase. If I want to see a receipt, I see it through the app. No reason to send me an email too with an attachment (digital economy is important for the environment)

Everytime I want to place an order it bounces me around multiple check-out (ad) environments while not holding the reserved slot. I don't mind the idea of upselling but at least keep our slot reserved while doing so. Don't allow us to finish our order a few minutes before midnight and cancel the order because the app makes it impossible to breeze through check-out.

What’s new

Nieuw in de Xtra-app: er is via de Acties-pagina van Colruyt een nieuwe sectie te zien met rode prijzen en prijsreacties. Bij Okay verschijnt nu een melding dat een promotie bijna afgelopen is. Ook zie je bij Colruyt-recepten een kortingspercentage wanneer een of meerdere ingrediënten in promo staan. Verder zijn enkele kleine verbeteringen aangebracht.
