Ratings and reviews

I got an email telling me I need to choose a data profile in the app or my Xtra login is going to be removed. However, there's no indication of 'dataprofiel' anywhere in the app. Was this phishing? Am I missing an update? Who knows...

buggy as hell. loading is insanely slow or not working at all. collect and go is not working at all

3 stars because there is no option for English language. With so many international users living in Belgium, adding a 3rd language should have been a priority. 2nd reason: there is no option to deactivate emails of receipts after a purchase. If I want to see a receipt, I see it through the app. No reason to send me an email too with an attachment (digital economy is important for the environment)

What’s new

Nieuw in de Xtra-app: tijdens de tweestapsverificatie zie je een cirkel verschijnen. Die geeft aan dat je identiteit gecontroleerd wordt. Wanneer je van winkel wisselt tijdens een bestelling, zie je meteen welke producten niet voorradig zijn. Je krijgt automatisch alternatieve producten voorgesteld. Ook nieuw: winkels en afhaalpunten in je buurt kan je raadplegen in de vorm van een lijstje of op een kaart. Verder zijn een aantal kleine verbeteringen aangebracht aan de app.
