As suggested, I logged an issue on 7/6 on payment with Xtra not working. I finally got a reply 12/6, with an additional question. As earlier problems went away after a while, I tried again, now it works. Overall, can't give more than 3 stars, as it took days to get the app mostly working. Looks like the backend systems are not connected realtime, so every change takes time to replicate (sometimes overnight, are we still at daily batches?). Hopefully I'll now get to experience the actual value.

3 stars because there is no option for English language. With so many international users living in Belgium, adding a 3rd language should have been a priority. 2nd reason: there is no option to deactivate emails of receipts after a purchase. If I want to see a receipt, I see it through the app. No reason to send me an email too with an attachment (digital economy is important for the environment)

Everytime I want to place an order it bounces me around multiple check-out (ad) environments while not holding the reserved slot. I don't mind the idea of upselling but at least keep our slot reserved while doing so. Don't allow us to finish our order a few minutes before midnight and cancel the order because the app makes it impossible to breeze through check-out.
