With ENGIE's Smart App you have insight into your consumption and costs at a glance, anytime, anywhere. If you have solar panels, you know how much you inject and what the yield is.
- you are always aware of your electricity and gas consumption;
- you always know whether your consumption is higher or lower than stated in your advance payment
- you will receive a notification when your advance payment is no longer adjusted to your actual consumption, with a proposal to change it immediately.

ENGIE's Smart App always tells you whether you are doing well. You immediately know how much your efforts to save energy yield.

Ratings and reviews

A totally useless and redundant app. It offers nothing you can't access via the Web browser. You can't even pay your bill through the app. All other companies offer you the possibility to pay your bill through the bancontact app, but this one doesn't.

In some phones (like Xiaomi) you can't change the language as there is no in-app way to do that. Furthermore the instructions to change language are on the same language you're trying to change It shoul, at minimum, be easy to navigate to the instructions to change language (like a visual icon or at the first opening of the app). Had to navigate using screenshots and Google translate

Not a Belgian but I sure hate devs and apps that in this small country push the Dutch as default with no language option/button. Cannot use it as 3 steps into the app and I still do not see a switch to French or English. Devs, do better as your app sucks big time.
