With ENGIE's Smart App you have insight into your consumption and costs at a glance, anytime, anywhere. If you have solar panels, you know how much you inject and what the yield is.
- you are always aware of your electricity and gas consumption;
- you always know whether your consumption is higher or lower than stated in your advance payment
- you will receive a notification when your advance payment is no longer adjusted to your actual consumption, with a proposal to change it immediately.

ENGIE's Smart App always tells you whether you are doing well. You immediately know how much your efforts to save energy yield.

Ratings and reviews

Where do we start with the ENGIE smart app. First of all, it is not really fit for purpose. While you can encode your latest meter readings - it gives wildly inaccurate estimates of your bill, consumption and bills that you have already paid. You are better off just keeping your own spreadsheet. As for their tips - all it is, is placing the burden on consumers to consume less. No indication of how they will drive down energy prices on their side.

It's not very useful. After openning the app for the first time, all instructions come in Dutch, not even in French, and forget about English. You are not able to log in to the app as it takes to browser, and after logging into the browser, nothing happens. There is no English version. Better use the website via Chrome.

Reassuring way to track energy costs. This app takes your actual smart meter data and combines it with your current contract so you always have an indication of your consumption of gas and electricity and it displays how much the actual costs are, so you can easily see if you are within budget and increase your monthly payments to prevent surprises when the final bill comes at the end of the year.
