There are better gambling sites. stay away. the recent update has change any chance of winning. Their algorithm is set up to remember all you win, but any lost is not kept. Therefore, the RTP on slots is not accurate. I have played and tested many sites, and this one pays out the least by far. Many slots rarely get bonuses, and when it hit, it's typically 10-20% of your loss.

This is easily one of the worst apps available in Canada, and the most frustrating customer service experience I've ever dealt with. For over a year, the app has consistently failed with the same vague and useless message -"Unknown error occurred". A year later, that error is still there, and not a single representative has been able to explain why it happens or how to fix it. Customer support is completely ineffective. Every interaction feels like talking to someone who has never used the app

I had a positive experience with thescore bet until I started making money and one day got limited for promotion eligibility and even though I opted in for a promotion prior to that and placed a bet in accordance to that promotion, I was not eligible for the rewards of it when it settled weeks later. I am very upset about this lack of communication with me regarding that. (I placed this review after talking with support, not prior)
