2025 EDIT: eMAG has turned into a place full of dropshippers selling low-quality products. The last few times I’ve shopped there, they sent me second-hand items or different models instead of what I ordered, and the delivery is so expensive that returning the product makes no sense. On top of that, they don’t publish reviews that are “complaints,” which is why many of their products have no reviews at all—simply because they’re selling junk.

This service has been extremely frustrating. The chatbot is unusable, customer support is nonexistent, and my order has been stuck at “Preparing to deliver” for an excessive amount of time and there is also no cancellation option, which is unacceptable.

Works as intended. I've got nothing else to say about it. Its the equivalent of Bulgarian Amazon in a sense if you throw in a few other websites similar to it. Got nothing else to say about it lol
