2025 EDIT: eMAG has turned into a place full of dropshippers selling low-quality products. The last few times I’ve shopped there, they sent me second-hand items or different models instead of what I ordered, and the delivery is so expensive that returning the product makes no sense. On top of that, they don’t publish reviews that are “complaints,” which is why many of their products have no reviews at all—simply because they’re selling junk.

I love using emag. The only thing that really irritated me is the rule about paying 1.02 euro extra money just because we prefer paying in cash. I just don't think it is fair. I believe this attitude is not a correct one towards us, your clients. Please, consider changing your policy about it. I sometimes get so annoyed with that strange idea,that I decide I would rather go to a physical shop and buy the goods from there just because it is so unfair to be taxed for paying in cash. Why should I?
