I used to be quite happy with the app and the service, but recently the level of service has degraded substantially. The app gives contradicting amount due information. It is extremely hard to get in touch with customer support and once you do, they try to end the conversation as quickly as possible regardless whether the case has been resolved. I am very disappointed.

this could have been easier and better it will be possible to switch over to English version. I would have ordered more stuff if I could read in English instead of hard learning Bulgarian.

I will never use emag again!I sent a product for a refund and it was returned even more broken.
