the app needs to be fixed , bad experience, money transfers often fail for unexplained reasons , support takes too long to reply sometimes they don't.

Scammers, terrible support, terrible everything. app works whenever it wants, and mostly doesn't, support is completely unsupportive. expensive membership for the type of services it provides.

Absolute worst banking experience. Customer service is non-existent and they never reply to emails. The interface is outdated; it doesn’t even show 'pending' status for incoming transfers. Worst of all, if they have a simple inquiry about a transaction, they lock your entire account for days instead of just flagging the transfer. No email alerts for activity either. Avoid this bank if you value your time and access to your money
