It's really frustrating how a banking app prevents its users from accessing their accounts when they change their devices unless they go through the whole lengthy process of contacting the customer service so they authorize the new device, which can take up to 3 days when it happens on friday after work hours. I personally had to cancel several payments and go with another banking app just because of this nonsense that can easily be fixed in my opinion and therefore I can't recommend the app yet

let me paint you a picture of my experience with this support team - it's like trying to navigate a maze blindfolded! This app? Well, it's about as functional as a screen door on a submarine. Verification? Might as well be waiting for the next ice age. And closing my account? As likely as finding a unicorn in my backyard. Save yourself the headache, guys, and steer clear of this mess.

The app is extremely buggy and unusable, it keeps crashing and disconnecting from my account, the payments and transactions are seamless and quick, but the app functionality and features are extremely poorly implemented.
