Ratings and reviews

The app is totally dysfynctional. There is some extremely low limit how many times you can charge numbers per day/month. If you need multiple numbers charged, e.g. for internet or for the family — tough luck. Also, when you paste a number into the number field it cannot start with +359. And if you correct the number pasted... it still keeps working with the original number. Sorry, just cannot recommend... and actually I do wonder how it can be THAT hard to do this type of app properly...

My experience with this app is that it never works when I need it, it works only when there is automated marketing camoaign to send the push notification and even then it is ups something went wrong... I think as mobile services provider Yettel should step up their game and fix the app as it is directly linked to the product. Your customers rely on that.

trying to renew contract as a permanent residence holder. It won't accept the ID card number. Calling doesn't help. Sending text and nobody replies. It's like you don't want the renewal
