you can't make more than three invoices per month without paying a subscription fee. so first, back in 2020, they broke the functionality of the app. I emailed support and they promised to fix it, instead here we are 5 years later, and a free invoice app now costs money if you want to make more than three invoices per month. you can get around that by simply going back and editing the free invoices, but what a slap in the face to your long-term customers.

Had been using the free version for years and it was so easy to use. The paid version is horrible. it's very hard to retrieve old invoices. It's been a rough ride filing for sales tax since I have to click through literally a thousand things to find anything. NOT USER-FRIENDLY AT ALL. STAY AWAY

I have been using the free version for a couple of years now and I only really need it for 1 invoice a month. I was super happy that it was free and easy. However I am now realizing It isn't anymore. It makes no sense me paying $13usd a month to send 1 invoice. This is the reason for my 4 stars instead of 5. 😞
