The workouts are free. You have to either pay or watch a video ad for each day of a program. The app is designed nicely but I don't like that there's no video showing beginners how to do the moves correctly. Otherwise, it looks great.

I like this app but it's hard to use without a pause button when an exercise is running. Would definitely consider purchasing workouts if it had useability features like that. Some more explanations/videos for exercises would help too.

great app! love the boxing workouts it throws at you with differing combos and is super fun to use, my only problem is that to use any of the transformation plans you have to buy the premium
