Golpe. Reservei a suite de um Motel por 350 reais + taxas usando o app. Chegando no Motel a mesma suite custava 200 reais. Além do mais, o Motel nem estava ciente da reserva, muito menos tinha a informação que a suíte já tinha sido paga no app. Foi um mega transtorno no Motel, até eles reconhecerem que já havia sido pago. Me senti lesado, tanto pelo valor absurdo que fui cobrado, quanto pela falta de comunicação entre o pessoal do app e o Motel, diga-se de passagem, um dos melhores motéis de SP.
