Awful app & company. I have a speeding ticket. 5 of Unidas emails are bouncing back, & Whatsapp numbers are just bots & the first question bot asking is about CPF, but what if you're non-Brazilian? I called the Unidas more than 10 times, no one spoke a single word in English and when I tried to play what I had in Google trans in Portuguese, they hang up. I tried to reach out to them through, FB page but they did not respond. On the email they send me to inform, there were icons that don't work

Useless: not even license validation works, reservations cannot be completed. Unprofessional developers. After a first tentative in 2022, App was reinstalled today, but does not even complete log in - neither on Android nor on iOS. Unprofessional implementation, all the more that rental rates are very high. Uninstalling it after several tries.

glitchy, payments don't work, assim you to performance the same operations several times, password creation form doesn't limit the size of password. then when you try to login it considers your password invalid. worst app experience I've had in many years in any category
