What a bad service you have Burger king indonesia is the worst, i ordered for break the fast and was waiting for my food but just when it's time to break the fast i got a notification from burger king app that my order has been cancelled! And the worst is that you didnt refund my money.. The worst service of burger King I've ever had is burger king indonesia.. 0 star service!

Very weird and dissapointing system. I've got 2 coupons. I've already asked whether I can use both of them at the same time, and the cashier said yes. However, when it's time to pay, I have to make 2 different payments. And since they are below 50 thousand, I couldn't use my debit card. Very incovenience. Very dissapointed. Uninstalled the app and will never come back.

Why Burger King asks your customers to register with phone, but, we can't reset password with phone number..?? Why in the member's page, why Burger King doesn't provide all the data about registered Phone & email? It is too much complicated & confusing. I login with my phone but I forgot my password, it says enter my email. Sadly, I also forgot the associated email with that phone number. Please fix it..
