not very many adds, nor very many products for sale yet. looks like app is just starting out

I am not getting customer support service. I have been trying to get to them by calling and texting on whatsapp on their number,given in the app but no one has responded yet,neither do they pick up the call. I have ordered a lot of things and I want to make sure that it is not a fake app. Also,the shipping charge was not added during the checkout so I also have to make an enquiry about that.
