• Pay for travel on public transport and minibuses:
Minsk, Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno, Mogilev, Baranovichi, Bobruisk, Borisov, Kobrin, Lida, Pinsk and other cities of the Republic of Belarus.

• Use the application for regular payments through ERIP (mobile communications, Internet, utilities) and our partners. Pay for services via QR.

• Refuel your car at gas stations A-100, Belorusneft, United Company, Tatneft, Lukoil, use the BKF car wash service.

• Transfer money via chat to contacts from your smartphone and via QR. Together, collect money for Birthdays and other holidays through group chats. Create virtual business cards and share contacts.

I was at a bus stop wanting to buy a bus ticket. After entering my phone number, address of residence, scanning my documents, and taking a selfie I've got a message that I'd need to wait when an operator check entered information. Do I even need to say, that nothing happened in hours. Maybe it's a good banking app, but the advertisement at the bus stop is misleading. You can't use it to quickly buy a ticket ad-hoc.

You downloaded it from the "Finance" section, not "Cars and transport".

Avoid this. Absolutely useless for quick payment bc it requires a ton of setup, unnecessary for the functionality of the app, documents information, that this company wants in addition to the potential middleman money. Probably to sell your data for extra. It could've given a confirmation number slip or something convenient instead. In apps current state you're way better off buying the physical tickets from the driver.

We apologise for the difficulties you experienced. Paying for transport fares is one of the available functions in the application. The procedure for conducting transactions and registering in the application is determined by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and is carried out through MSI. Had the worst experience when I changed my phone number. Contact center guys don't know what to do and refer to the bank. The same thing happens with the bank also. This is the worst payment app I have used recently.

When changing the phone number in accordance with the documents regulating the rules for settlements with electronic money "Pay" the issuing bank of which is Belinvestbank OJSC, the client undertakes to inform the Issuing Bank of all changes within 10 business days after such changes by personally contacting the Issuing Bank.
