It has been 24 hours since I paid my bill and still it is not reflected or shown in the app. Entire BEL system is slow. If you pay on a Friday, your payment will be processed until Monday. BEL system can then trigger a service disconnect and additional fees will apply because their system and app does not happen in real time.

To start, the App has been a struggle since the beginning as I'm having issues with it. So I'm logged into my account and heading to part that says account and the app automatically shut down/restart every time and this has become an inconvenience for me because I need to text Reps on WhatsApp (who sometimes takes an eternity to answer) just to get my account balance to further pay online. Can this be looked into? I've removed/deleted the app and issue continues.

I have to use my phone number in order to see basic power updates! This is the the only reason I need the app for. Now they are forcing you to use your personal phone number to get basic information that was on their Facebook page for free!! Uninstalling!!! EDIT: BEL still wants my phone number? For what? It feels like they are trying to gather personal contacts! Why do I need a phone number for data was for free on their FB page? YOU DONT NEED MY PHONE #!
