I find the app to be not has bad as people say, although it's not on the same level as Netflix and likes, it's very workable. I'm writing because it's no longer possible to stream 5.1 audio since a few weeks, only 2.0 stereo surround. UPDATE: No answer to email after 1.5 months. Deleted and reinstalled the app on both Android devices and experienced same issue. Perhaps downgrading certain users to DD 2.0 only was a corporate decision...

NOT USER FRIENDLY, and it's just trash now for some reason? Subtitles are an issue, Audio flux issues in some content, glitching out, having to reboot it because it won't autoplay the next episode of something. Even selecting normal functions like search, it backs me to a different screen but lets you search the third time I select it. And for god sakes could we navigate to the episode and season list when you resume an episode? I have to fight the search all over again to get into it smh

Don't even bother with basic. Unless you want 90 seconds of adds before and after credits, halfway through, before the show ends (a 20 min show). I bought the annual and tried to upgrade once we realized how awful the basic was. Nope! No option too! Even though it was 10 mins after the subscription. I have a few basic plans, cheaper than this, honestly, just get cable at this point! An ad or two is fine but this makes all the TV shows unbrearable to watch.
