easy to use to book appointments and such. however, it seems like with the recent update, I can no longer add the appointment to my Google calendar. edit: figured it out! a setting changed in my calendar app that removed permissions.

You should see an an alert asking to access your calendar. You need to ensure that you give us permission to access your Calendar. You need to make sure that your notifications are on so you will get the alert for your appointment. If you find you are still having issues please send an email to feedback@blood.ca so we can assist you.

Very warm, friendly environment. I had not experienced any negative things when I was in the centre. Very accommodating staff, I will keep on donating as long as I am healthy and able. My way of helping and giving back.
