Ratings and reviews

this app logs you out if you try to upload a photo. or do anything else. resulting in having to completely restart the process of making a claim. I understand the safety concern of logging someone out if they leave the app, but at least remember where they were and do a little "continue where you left off?"

cannot generate a total claim report in the app. I can enter a time frame and click the generate report button and it does nothing. It happens on my phone and tablet.

not very user friendly. seem like they make it annoying to use on purpose so its a nuisance to submit a claim.
