**STILL HAVING TO LOG IN EACH TIME I OPEN THE APP! I loved this app. It was so convenient. Up until yesterday. It's like the app was brand new to me. I had unregister and then re-register both thermostats. Which, fine. No big deal. The issue now is that I have to log in each time I open the app. I appreciated it a lot more when I could just open the app and do what I needed to do. Hopefully there's an update soon. Reading the other reviews, looks like a lot of work needs to be done. Good luck.

The prior app was so-so. Recently, it forgot my sign in & password info, and keeps telling me the password I entered is wrong, which I'm pretty sure it's not. Choose forgot password & got message a reset option would be sent to my email. Tried multiple times, over a few different days and I haven't received even one email. I check inbox & spam- nothing. Uninstalled the old app from 2018 and installed this app, which is the current model. Same thing. No reset email. Useless.

I've been using this app for years and have loved it. The recent update has ruined it. It will no longer keep me logged in. So every time I use it I have to put in my login info. This is very irritating when I have to use the app to change the temperature in the middle of the night. By the time I turn on the light, get my glasses so that I can see how to type in my login info, I am wide awake at 2:00 a.m. Before the update I just opened the app, changed temp, went back to sleep.
