Ratings and reviews

downloaded the app to see if it worked better than the website, but no, it's just as broken. trying to switch the book entry from ebook to paperback just breaks the page and has a perpetual loading icon that never loads the page no matter how long you wait, making it impossible to even look at the book you'd like to order, let alone order it. reviews of both the app and the website being broken seem to be around since 2023, when is this going to be addressed??

Used to be great, now it won't remember my sign it, then tells me I'm not signed in when I click on something and hit the back button. When I google a book and then click the indigo link, the app opens to nothing, freezes, can't find the page I'm looking for. I have to close it, reopen and re-search. Sometimes it says I only have once past order which is incorrect.

Used to love this app, now some things don't work. I can't see things like my plum points, current order details or past orders. I need to sign in every time to see my wishlist and that only loads half the time. Searching for books is still relatively fast and I love seeing if they are available in my nearest store so easily. Hopefully the loading issues get fixed soon.
