Wishlist is unusable Can only access your wishlist from the main page, but only the 10 most recent items. When you try and view your wishlist from the menu the app says it is empty. There is also no way to search or order (e.g. price, discount, author, title) your wishlist. The rest of the app is passable.
Features don't work properly A number of features don't work properly. Your wish list can be accessed 2 different ways: one way will show only the most recent 8 items added to the list & another way will always indicate that your wishlist is empty. The "cart" doesn't sync across your account so if you log in from your computer your cart will be empty. Browsing by department also doesn't work. It won't open some of the links or the app will simply crash. I've provided feedback numerous times but i guess Indigo isn't interested.
Needs a lot of work I love shopping at indigo but the app is almost unusable. It freezes often and then force closes. Sometimes it wont open categories but if i click around the other features are working. Shopping is a pain as everytime i click back from an item i have to scroll through the entire list all over again to get to where i was. I have to use the website while shopping, not the app. I hope this app will improve because right now its a waste of space on my phone.
Great App...just a suggestion I really like this app. I open it every time I go into a chapters indigo store. I check to see which books are on my wish list and use it instead of the rewards card. It's an amazing app but I just have one suggestion. I was thinking the creators of the app could put in a "library" section so users can input the books they already own. I think this would be helpful because it helps get a sense of what the users taste in books is and it also doesn't recommend books that the user already owns all of the time.
Having trouble... App is pretty well useless at this point... I can open it, sign in and then the functionality ends
Digital card disappears When accessed app rarely shows digital plum card. Can't scan in a digital card to remedy problem.
