Ratings and reviews

downloaded the app to see if it worked better than the website, but no, it's just as broken. trying to switch the book entry from ebook to paperback just breaks the page and has a perpetual loading icon that never loads the page no matter how long you wait, making it impossible to even look at the book you'd like to order, let alone order it. reviews of both the app and the website being broken seem to be around since 2023, when is this going to be addressed??

New website and app are just as bad and glitchy as the old one. Shopify websites usually run very smoothly, but somehow this one is bad. Still can't see any of my past orders. Paid with points at checkout but charged my credit card the full amount instead. I will also no longer be pre-ordering from Indigo as they charge upfront now.

They have fixed the below issue: couldnt use the app. I have a Samsung, the "buttons" to go to home and the button to open active apps are in the way of your apps very first prompts. I cant click to skip notifications or sign in so it just goes back and forth between the two screens. they're way too low on the screen.
