Easy to use app, fantastic customer support and super fast credit building! Not a fan of the new look.. Too bold and aggressive. As a long time client, witnessing all the changes over the years, I would prefer to have the freedom to choose the colour and style of my app, especially if the application will continue to see big alterations in regards to the layout. Will continue my business with Koho as they continue to provide excellent services.

I love this app. I use it since getting rid of all my traditional credit cards. The best part of this app is that I can instantly move money between KOHO and my bank account using etransfer. That is a game changer from other prepaid cards. The support people are also responsive, easy to deal with, and very helpful. My only complaint would be that the in-app navigation takes some getting used to, but that's a small thing.

Constant updates, now a revamp & still no dark mode?! I want my savings tab right back where it used to be! So many koho ads its ridiculous.The new app layout is annoying. 2 button's & a scroll to get to vault? How many times a mon will i be checking my credit? Once. My savings? Every week! Bring it back! Nobody asked for this....and it doesn't even make sense. 🙄While the new font and the colors are a lot nicer I really wish they'd actually listen to what people want.
