Poor! Every time I switch to another app while I'm logged into Blue Cross, I'm suddenly logged out, and must put in my credentials again. And now, every time I attempt to log in, I'm stuck on the loading screen. Annoying, inconvenient, and useless! You're better off going on a PC and logging in there.

This app has worked fine enough until now, however, today I discovered that the app is no longer supported for my device (Samsung Galaxy Note 9, running Android 10), and as there are new updates, I literally cannot use the app anymore. I received no warning whatsoever that support would be dropped for my phone, and I am not in any position where purchasing a new phone is viable. A little warning would go a long way next time!

This app is painfully slow—feels like using AOL dial-up. The latency issues make even basic tasks frustrating. The UI is outdated and clunky, making me prefer the desktop version, why not instead offer a functional mobile experience? If an app exists, it should work properly, not feel like an afterthought. This desperately needs a complete overhaul. Until then, it’s not worth using whatsoever.
