I just tried to use the app at my dental office, and I was forced to update to this newer version, which was so slow that I couldn't even pull up my info to do direct billing. Not a great first impression for an app that should be making my life easier, and not harder. The login also doesn't work with my password manager, nor does the prompt to enter it after having the app open for a while. So annoying.

New layout. nice. only problem, whenever I take picture in landscape and return in portrait to finalise the claim, The app crashes. I have to redo the whole claim again. So last resort, took the picture in portrait mode. worked fine. something to do with the phone orientation.
Wish i could give 0 stars. I just updated the app and tried to submit a claim: to enter the claim date, the year starts at 1900... why!? And that's not even the bad part.. when I scroll for 15 seconds to get to year 2024 and hit select, it defaults back to 1900. Literally can't select the current year.. how do they not test these changes before rolling them out!
