Updated: App is better after getting used to it and with new update. Still not a fan of having the new things pop up everytime you login though. When first starting up the app, need to press the back button to actually go to the page to submit the claim is kind of ridiculous. Submitting a claim doesn't even seem to be an option from the menu bar. Also the fact that documents must be in a jpg is archaic. Most invoices are in pdf format so I need to convert each invoice to jpg

Easy to submit a claim but everyother experience is challenging and outdated. It's extremely cumbersome to search my benefits and see the description of each. It takes a significant number of clicks to get to this info and pulls you back 3 steps after you've viewed it. It is also painfully slow. Need to invest in a good UX/UI agency to redesign this app.

Works well. I really think that to get to the page that has all the info about the things that you would be looking for on an app like the submit a claim or check on a claim should either be the page it opens to or labeled 'home' or 'dashboard' not 'mobile app'. I only use the app a couple times a year and it seems that I struggle to find that page each time.
