I had a very disappointing experience with this insurance broker. The coverage is not good at all—many basic services I expected to be included are missing. In addition, their communication is extremely slow, and it was very frustrating when I had multiple claims denied without any clear explanation. I would not recommend them.

It's been over a year that we can't see the amount you've used and the total you have left on a specific service anymore... All the other companies show you how much you have left in each category, you USED to do it.. Now you removed that function... There's an update every 3 days on the app, Everytime I open it, but it's never about actually making it better and more friendly for the clients...

The app is very difficult to navigate. It’s nearly impossible to find how much coverage I have left for specific benefits. The interface is cluttered and unintuitive. It should be much easier to track my remaining balance, but instead, I feel lost every time I open it. Needs a major update.
