It's been over a year that we can't see the amount you've used and the total you have left on a specific service anymore... All the other companies show you how much you have left in each category, you USED to do it.. Now you removed that function... There's an update every 3 days on the app, Everytime I open it, but it's never about actually making it better and more friendly for the clients...

Very poor application performance. The app frequently freezes or stops working whenever I attempt to submit claims, making it unreliable and frustrating to use.

i bought a coverage couple days ago, bought on website. downloaded this today, couldnt login. even if i ask a password reset from the app, i never receive the email. im logged in the website... my account exists! its as if the web site and the app arent link to the same client database. im a quebec blue cross member. website has also its share of bugs, if bought 2 policies. once you check documents, youre stuck in infinite loop while clicking back. i need to edit website adress to go back.
