I wish there was a more efficient option for secure log in for pharmacy. It takes way to long to wait for an email code. Today (mar 15/25) none of us can even get an email with the code despite multiple attempts, over an hour of trying and using both wifi and mobile data, as well as computer vs cell. This needs to be faster, and more consistent. Aside from that- the convenience is great. I only use it for pharmacy management.

Absolutely every other grocery store in North America has an easy to use, shop online app except for Safeway. I can see the flyer, but not every price is listed. I can place an order or even find items I'm looking for that aren't in the flyer. It's strange in 2024 for a large grocery chain to not have accessibility for all shoppers. Dollar stores have better apps.

If I could give it less I would. The only thing that works on the app is the flyer the home page never opens up and also the offer page doesn't open either. I have uninstalled it and installed again didn't work.
