Service is easily requested by answering a few questions and the app has a logical, easy to use, interface. Immediately after submitting my service request I had the name of the company coming to help me and an ETA.

Can't proceed past the 'do not use while driving screen's. Not much use if it can't run on a Pixel 3.

Unlike other reviewers, I had no problem registering my car (I am in Canada). Nice interface, simple to use, does what it says on the tin.
