I've tried to contact via email, it seems I can't log into your platform before I signing in the application it suggests to purchase also purchase a gift card for extra savings which I did and can't access that as well. update 5/20/2026 : Team has reached out and refunded my purchase , Unfortunately I can't access the app which I think is cool to have great discount hopefully the tech team can sort it out.. moving my star 🌟 rating to a 3 as they are still working hard.

lack of notifications and communication tried to purchase no response no notification from the system just a charge on my Google account customer service chat was not helpful the chat even timed out - very bad first impression

it was good while it lasted. now they offer good cashback only on their own snaplii cash and not on debit cards or credit cards. As in much less on the cards, better to use the cards directly at the merchants
