You buy a card, gives instructions for a different company than what you purchased. Card had no information, so is not usable. You report the problem they make you jump through hoops, and you fight with them for days to get a refund... I had to threaten them a charge back and reporting them to their payment processor. customer service sucks! do not waste days of your life like I did.

purchased a few gift cards and they locked my account and requesting full KYC. sent them my ID and credit card and they stopped replying. I can't access the account and can't use the gift cards. be aware.
