*2% interest p.a. (variable) on up to €500,000 in PRIME+ and €50,000 in FREE, forwarded from partner banks and qualifying money market funds. The interest rate is based, among other things, on the respective market rate. The allocation of cash balances is variable and takes into account available capacities, conditions and client activity. Balances at partner banks are protected up to €100,000 per client per bank under the statutory deposit guarantee scheme. For qualifying money market funds, instead of the statutory deposit guarantee scheme, European investor protection rules (UCITS) apply regardless of the amount.

Ratings and reviews

Its is a good app, easy to use and userfriendly, however, the biggest issue is the speed of transactions. If I transfer, say on thursday from a bank account to Baaderbank, it arrives earliest the following Wednesday, nearly 5 banking days while they claim it takes 1-2 banking days. Update: its been 6 days, the money is still not available for trading. Contacted the customer care, they said they will forward to the payments team for resolving.

I switched phones and now I can't set up 2FA because I simply don't receive the activation email. I have been at this for 4 months with scalable support, and nothing is being done, I only get "we are working on it" emails. in the meantime I'm completely locked out of my account while my savings plan tick each month and I can't change them. I have had it with this unbelievably bad support team. as soon as I have access I'm moving my stuff to a different broker, this is unbelievable.

Good app/broker - few things to improve: - the performance of the portfolio is not clear, I would like to see how much profit/loss is made on the invested money (also as a percentage) and this is not provided on the aggregate. suppose I withdraw 20% of the the portfolio to fund a big personal purchase, then the performance of the portfolio will be "forever tainted" by this withdrawal, shown as a loss... doesn't make much sense to me. - often specific stocks I was looking to buy were not availabl
