The new feature that requires you to take a selfie every time you are making a once off payment is really annoying (it looks like this happens when you make payments from a certain minimum amount). Imagine if you have to make multiple once off payments? This feature is just unnecessary and complicates the payment process. If you can implement a "working" biometric authentication and then enforce the same auth - the experience would be much better.

You can enable your app's biometrics by simply selecting the profile icon on the top left corner of your home page, selecting 'App Settings' and switching on the biometric toggle.

It is very smart and modernized. It's always updates and make itself to be easier to be used by anyone. it informs to clients if there's anything changes. It is always considered customer friendly. I think it's the best of all. Because is manageable and easy to be understood by anyone everyday and everywhere. Because of that it became more and more popular than it's counterparts by far. I think anyone experienced it won't lose nor forgot it anymore. Because of it's capabilities around the world.

Brilliant app until about a month ago. The selfie verification stopped working, so haven't been able to pay any new beneficiaries. Have had it checked and setttings changed at the bank and was informed it is an app error. Still waiting for someone to help me. Getting very frustrating not being able to do my normal day to day banking. Update 1May 2026: No feedback or improvement. Managed to get the app working on another device, when I try on my phone it doesn't work. Very inconvenient.
