My employer just switched to this app recently, which was go'n live on March 16, 2026. I downloaded it and every since then, it has claimed that there's a new version available so I need to update what I JUST downloaded 🤨

no instruction or training provided. i'm figuring this out on my own. i'm doing this as a parent for a medically complex child. i should have clear guidance to ensure that i do not have future problems.
