With Beryl Bikes you can find and unlock a bike from one of the many distinctive green Beryl Bays in your city! We’ve designed our bike to be safe, fun and easy to use for an enjoyable ride.

How do I use a Beryl Bike?

- Find and unlock a bike using the Beryl mobile app.
- Go for a ride! Be sure to have fun and be safe.
- You can park in a Beryl Bay or a find a considerate place.
- Close the lock to end your ride.

How much does it cost?

Whether you want to Pay As You Ride, unlimited rides for the day with a Day Pass, or to save money with minute bundles, we have a range of options to suit every type of rider.

Rides start from as little as $0.10 per minute with additional charges depending on your plan and whether you end your ride by locking the bike in or out of a bay.

Incredibly unreliable service that leads only to frustration and tardiness. Unlocking and locking the bikes takes works about a tenth of the time, with the remainder leaving you clamouring for support to reverse charges to your account. When you actually manage to get on one they're functional, even enjoyable, but how does that matter if you can't get on the most of the time? Fantastic idea, dreadful execution.

Principle excellent. Execution poor. When there are bikes available and you can actually get on them, it's a fantastic service of excellent value for money. I've now made cycling part of my daily commute, making my commute both healthier and quicker. Unfortunately I tend to spend longer trying to unlock or lock a bike than the commute itself. The app is incredibly slow, laggy, or tells me I'm offline when I'm not. Please sort it out! It has the potential to be much better.

The lock didn't work when finished a 6 mins ride. It then took 28 mins to get lock to work and journey was charged all this time, 34 mins in total. Not a good first impression. The app is slower than expected too. Hard to give it even 1 star.
