How do I use a Beryl Bike?

Whether you want to Pay As You Ride, unlimited rides for the day with a Day Pass, or to save money with minute bundles, we have a range of options to suit every type of rider.

Rides start from as little as $0.10 per minute with additional charges depending on your plan and whether you end your ride by locking the bike in or out of a bay.

The app is helpful and easy to use but i have a few things to point out: 1- u should mention there's an additional payment for unlocking bikes 2- it says in the description 0.10$ per minute but it's actually 0.15£ per minute which is almost 0.20$ 3- minute bundles should cost less per minute than pay as you ride option, and they should also cost less as u go up (less for 100 min and even less for 200min) to encourage people to purchase higher bundles

Faster, cheaper, and less effort if get a bus. The ride was inconvenient when you have to push it as there're slow zones, making uphills a battle, while punishing you by charging you the same rate (not mileage) for having to push it up. Took me 1.4hrs to get half way to my destination, which would've taken 30 mins. Sometimes the bike wouldn't unlock, even for the same good bike when you pause it. While customer service is quick to solve, the problem with the lock is like playing Russian Roulette

Generally great, but one thing that happens regularly and is very annoying is bikes don't lock correctly or rides don't end in the app. Customer support is always very helpful in fixing this, but the hours are limited, and there's no automated way to fix this, only manually by contacting support. So if you run into an issue out of hours, it's very annoying.
