Designed by Dutch World Tour level cycling coaches. We provide you with a completely flexible and smart cycling training plan.

You only need to fill in your availability, goal and personal profile. You can select a training plan from our extensive cycling events database or create your own custom cycling goal. The algorithm adapts to what you do and tells you how to keep improving yourself.

Re-joined after first disliking it. Found it a confusing proposition. Is now more clearly training only. I ignore the social part. I'm still confused by its flow. Eg when selecting alt workouts, I always forget to select it... Ending up with not the workout I hoped for. Further: would like more feedback on how I'm doing (like TP...). Integration with Garmin is good. Would be awesome if I could sync the training calendar to eg google/Outlook. Had hopes it developed further. Not convinced yet...

The new version is coming soon. We are getting rid of some social legacy and focusing on improving on the bike. We hope that you will like it.

Foremost a training app with varied programs suggested but also liberty to change. It also suggests group rides but I ignore them because I live abroad. I'm myself preparing an Ironman, and then I have to do some workarounds to fit the long (easy) ride into the program because it always makes that one also the hardest one. But like I said, you can choose another training, or just go for a free ride. (it's not a triathlon app however, so i don't logg my swims or (most) runs.

Installed the app for training purposes only at this moment. Using heart-rate and power it provides a weekly training plan. Connection to strava is very handy and easy to set up! The overview of the suggested training is very clear and the dashboard shows the most important parameters. Like the sleek look! I chose this app as I heard that is was possible to add rides and have the plan adapted with this information. This option however is fairly rudimentary at this moment (only provide expected ride time). I would prefer to add some expected intensity value besides the expected ride time. In that way the training program can be adapted better to these added rides. Planning is only for the next week and it is not possible to increase or lower your availability further in future (e.g. holidays which could be incorporated either as a taper or as training camp, whatever your holiday is about)

Hi! About the rides, if you created them from the explore tab, you are even able to add elevation or a .gpx track to estimate the effort. The one from the training is for the "spontaneous" rides. About the other ideas, you put, really nice ones, something to really think about it!
