Want to report a pothole, broken streetlight, or parking meter while on the go in Winston-Salem? The new CityLink 311 app makes reporting issues like these easier than ever. The app uses GPS to identify your location and also allows you to snap a photo to add to your service request. Reports are automatically sent to city departments for resolution. You’ll also be able to follow your issue from the time it is reported until it is resolved.

So I as a resident, I was seeing if an active case from 3 months ago could be looked into from the app. So I downloaded it and attempted to make an account. It's stated that my email was already taken, which to me means that I must have made an account already. So I go to reset my password, but when I put in the email of the account, it says that the email isn't associated with any existing account. This app currently only serves as a shortcut to the city website.

This is abusive, I just wanted to contest a parking ticket and I have to download an entire app and then that app doesn't function? It's either a phone number or an app like why can't you just have an email form or an email on your website so people can just get government work done? This is so insanely incompetent and evil.

Very buggy, crashes constantly. Please improve, has the potential to be a good tool, but in it's current form is not a good use of taxpayer dollars. Thanks
