Pedometer wise this is the best app I have used so I bought a PRO version. However the fitness tips were really short and the meal plan is not as detailed as I was expecting (they only put in portions – was expecting links or lists to recipes or meal ideas). I hope they add more valuable tips rather than generic ones and do add a sleep monitor too because if I don't sleep well I don't perform well. The AI coach needs to know in order to help me. If data is not present he just shows tips that do not apply.
The app is great. A few essential things are although part of the paid version but overall the free version has enough stats to help you set up a daily routine and of course, the developers also need to make money for this awesome effort. My only concern is the message notifications which we never get and hence we have created a WhatsApp group for it. It would be great if this is fixed.
Would give 5 stars if the sensitivity of your steps were more accurate. Even after adjusting the settings it's off just ever-so-slightly. But still a good app, in my opinion. If someone were looking for a similar app I'd recommend Pacer. Oh, and I love, love, love how it will automatically start tracking your time, speed, distance and calories burned when you start your walk, run it whatever. I have a tendency to forget to start it but when the app realizes that you have begun your session it will start keeping track from the beginning. I would honestly give 4 and 3/4 stars!
The interface is really nice. It tells you exactly how many steps you have walked and runs smoothly in the background. I haven't played around with the app much, so can't say about the personal trainer. But it does track your calories burned, gives you a trend of your walking habits and can be used as a weight tracking journal. It also syncs well with other apps
The GPS tracking is great. That is the only reason i kep this app. I like to see how far i went and where i walked. The steps counter doesnt work well at all. It tracks movement when i dont move and doubls the track when i do walk as long as i swing the phone. If i walk with the phone in a cup holder on a stroler it doesnt track the steps. I walked 3.8 miles according to the GPS but the steps said only 106 taken. That messes up the calories. But its good for tracking where u went and how long. I love how it can run in the background and doesnt slow the phone down (which happens alot with other apps because i have a more basic smart phone).
I've only had it for two days but I'm so far finding it very useful. The fact that it can be easily synced to MyFitnessPal and automatically adds the calories burn from steps to your remaining. Can't speak for accuracy as I have no other pedometers, but it seems to be pretty accurate.
